You can manage Branding, Company Addresses, and Receipt Address on the Company Profile page.
The branding will affect the visual experience for your employees within NexTravel.
You can modify the following items:
- Logo (square) - This will show up in the header on each page of the website
- Logo (rectangle) - This will show up on all receipts and emails to the employee
- Colors - This will update the primary colors on the website and emails
You can store all company office addresses within NexTravel. These addresses can be used to improve the search experience by pre-filling destinations in the search form.
For example, if you have an office in San Francisco, you can add the office address to NexTravel, select the office when searching for a hotel, and the search results will show hotels that are close to the office location.
Click thebutton at the top of the address section.
If you need to modify the address, select the address you want to update and click thebutton to update it.
You can alter the following data:
- Display Name - A friendly nickname to make the address easier to find
- Department - The department which the address belongs to
- Street / City / State / Zip / Country - The geographic data for the address
You can remove an address by selecting the address you want to delete and click thebutton.
After confirming the deletion, the address will be removed from the list of company addresses.
This value will show up at the top of every single company receipt underneath the company logo.
This is often used by companies who need to include their physical company address on every receipt for legal purposes.
