As a non-employee or interview candidate invited to book travel through NexTravel, begin by looking for your invitation email. You should see one similar to the screenshot below. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folders.
This email contains your log-in link. You aren't required to create an account on NexTravel. Click the "Book Now" button to log-in to NexTravel to book your trip. The login link will expire after a certain period of time.
Important: Make sure to save this email because the Book Now button this is the only way for you to log-in and book your trip on NexTravel.
First-time log-in
If this is the first time you log-in via the Book Now button, you will be asked to complete your travel profile so we can use it to issue your reservations.
Then you'll review and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
After that, you'll be able to book your trip. The next time you use the Book Now button in the email to log-in, you'll be taken to this page immediately.
Please note that your log-in link will expire once your travel date has passed. If you need an extension, have your company admin contact us, use our Help Web Widget, or email support@nextravel.com
Viewing Your Trip Itinerary
To view your trip itinerary, refer to your invitation email and click the Book Now button. From here, you can view your Trips section.
