What is the benefit to signing into the Help Center?
To provide you with the best support experience and continue to improve our help center, it's important to identify you as one of our customers. After you contact us, you can track the progress of your support tickets under your help center profile. We are also then able to follow up with you in case you have questions regarding a help article.
Do I use my NexTravel log-in to sign into the help center?
You must sign up for the help center separately in order to create a help center profile, using the same NextTravel account email. Alternately, you can use your Google or Microsoft accounts provided it matches your NexTravel account email.
To sign up, click the "Sign in" link in the top right corner of the screen.
Sign up using Google or Microsoft
If your NexTravel account email is provided by either Google or Microsoft, you can use that account to create your help center profile.
Sign up using other emails
If your NexTravel account email is provided by neither Google nor Microsoft, create your help center profile by clicking on the "Sign up" link.
A sign-up window will pop up. Please use your NexTravel account email to sign up for the Help Center so when you contact us, we can quickly locate your travel information.
