The Zenefits integration allows you to save time, reduce errors, and improve security by automatically synchronizing your company hierarchy from Zenefits to NexTravel.
Enable Zenefits
You can enable integrations on the Company Settings page
To enable the Zenefits integration, click the
button next to the integration.

You will be prompted to set up the initial settings for the integration. These settings control whether you want to send a NexTravel invite to current employees and future employees within Zenefits.

Once you are finished with the configuration, you will be taken to the Zenefits authentication flow to confirm the connection. You will be prompted to login to your Zenefits account.

After authenticating the connection on Zenefits website, you will be taken back to NexTravel. The integration is complete.
Synchronizing Zenefits data
All Zenefits data will be automatically synchronized into NexTravel.
The following data is synchronized:
Company
- Company name
- Addresses
Department
- Department hierarchy
- Department names
Employee
- Personal information (name, email, etc)
- Department details
- Manager details
- Addresses
- Phone numbers
Keep in mind that terminating an employee within Zenefits will disable their access within NexTravel.
Disable Zenefits
You can disable integrations on the Company Settings page
Disable the Zenefits Integration by clicking the
button next to the integration.
