Companies can add company credit cards which employees can use to book reservations. This prevents employees from using their personal credit cards and submitting unnecessary expense reports.
Company credit cards can be used for flights and prepaid hotels. When purchasing postpaid hotels and car rentals, company cards may only be used as a guarantee.
Please note: When modifying/adding credit card, make sure to apply it on each individual policy:
- Go to "Policies" section
- Review the rules within each policy
- If any rules contain "require payment using", make sure to change it to the desired card
Add Credit Card
As a company admin, you can manage your company credit cards on the company's Settings page
Click the Add Credit Card button to add one.
Modify Credit Card
Select the credit card you want to modify and click the Edit button to modify it.
Important: Keep in mind you can only modify the title of the card. If you want to update the payment details, please delete the credit card and add a new credit card with the new payment details.
Delete Credit Card
Select the credit card you want to remove and click the Delete button.
After confirming the deletion, the credit card will be removed from the list of credit cards.
