What are Company Memos?
Company memos are messages that show up at the top of the page for all employees. You can use memos to deliver important travel information to your employees, including travel notifications and essential policy requirements.
Add a Memo
You can add company memos on the Company Communications page
To add a new company memo click the Add Company Memo button at the top of the page.
Modify a Memo
Select the company memo you want to modify and click the Edit button to edit the memo.
Each memo consists of rich text. You can change font sizes, bold and italic styling, and add images to your memos to provide the necessary info.
Important: Keep in mind that the memo shows up at the top of the page, so it's best to keep the memo relatively concise.
Delete a Memo
Select the memo you want to remove and click the Delete button.
After confirming the deletion, the memo will be removed from the list of company memos.
