What to do if the hotel says they didn't receive the 3rd-party authorization form by check in:
Unfortunately the hotel will almost never reach out to NexTravel when there is a failure with a prepaid or "pay now" reservation.
Go to your NexTravel trip Itinerary and use the steps below to troubleshoot:
- Click the "Send Payment Again" button on the right side of your trip itinerary.
- If the hotel requires a faxed authorization form, ask the hotel for the correct fax number and resend the form.
If the hotel doesn't accept faxed forms, have them email the digital form or instructions to email@example.com.
