How to Review Upcoming Trips, Make Changes or Cancel Bookings
If you need to review or change your travel plans, first find the trip in question in NexTravel.
To locate a trip that has already been booked, go to the navigation bar, hover over your name, and select Trips.
You can search by Traveler, Trip ID, and Date, or you can click on the Advanced Search icon to search by Event Name or Travel Category (i.e. Flight, Hotel, or Car).
If you want to review a trip, click on View Receipt to expand the trip details.
This will generate a PDF copy of the trip receipt.You should also have received a copy of this receipt in your email upon booking.
If you want to cancel a trip, click on Cancel Order under the Cancelation Policy heading. Note that the policy will state your window of time for free cancellations.
To confirm the trip cancellation, click Yes.
A banner will then appear at the top of the page confirming the cancellation.
You will also receive an email notification.
If you want to modify your trip, the best way is contact support. This will allow you to avoid long hold times with the merchant, and will ensure that all changes are immediately reflected in NexTravel.
