Depending on your company’s travel policy, you may or may not need to have travel approved before completing booking. This guide will teach you how to Submit Travel for Approval.
If your company policy requires travel to be submitted for approval, your trip will have to be confirmed by an admin before it can be booked. Toward the end of the booking process, you will see a banner at the top of the checkout screen indicating that the trip requires approval.
Simply click Complete Checkout to submit the travel for approval.
Hit the ‘Complete Checkout’ button to submit the trip for approval. You will then see a banner indicating that the trip is pending approval.
You can click on View Order Details to review the trip details. If you want to cancel your booking, click Cancel Approval.
Once your company admin has reviewed your booking request, you’ll receive a notification letting you know whether your trip is approved or denied.
If your itinerary is approved, the trip will automatically be booked for you and you’ll receive a confirmation for your purchase.
You will also receive an email confirmation notification.
If your request is denied, you’ll receive a notification letting you know why.
It will also be showing on your check out page.
