You can edit your personal data along with your contact details and travel documents in this section. Click your name on the top right corner of the page and select Profile.
- Personal Information (Complete Legal Name as it appears on your passport, Date of Birth, Gender)
Edit or update your personal information in this section.
- Contact Information (Email Address, Mobile Number)
The email address cannot be changed as this is your registered email address with NexTravel. If there is a need to update this, kindly contact the Customer Support team for assistance.
Note: On initial login and you are filling out this section, please know that you must add both PERSONAL INFORMATION and MOBILE PHONE NUMBER at the same time. Otherwise, the SAVE button on the bottom part of the page will be grayed out and you won't be able to save your details.
- Travel Documents (Passport)
Add or edit your passport details in this section. If none is added yet, the ADD NEW TRAVEL DOCUMENT button will show.
- Travel Security Documents (Known Traveler Number, Redress Number)
Add your KTN, Global Entry Number, and Redress Number in this section.
Hover the mouse over the “i” (information) icon to reveal an important reminder.
- Password (Allows you to change and reset your password)
Clicking the Change Password button will lead you to a page to perform this action.
Upon clicking on SAVE, a confirmation will be displayed to notify you that the change has been successful.
You will also receive an email notification as a receipt that the change has been successful.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to fill out your Profile with complete and accurate information before booking any travels.
