This section is where you can manage your company travel policies - one for Admins and one for Employees.
Each travel policy will consist of two rules - Price and Payment Method. This will be standard for any type of travel (Flight or Hotel).
Price - determines the allowed maximum dollar amount the traveler can book.
If you want to set a limit on the maximum fare your employees can book, select Maximum Price and indicate the amount you wish to set.
No Maximum Price
If you are setting this rule to No Maximum Price, kindly note that this means the employees are free to book the trip without any fare limit.
The "WHY $200" (for flights) and "WHY $250" (for hotels) are recommendations only. You are free to set whichever amount best suits your company policies.

Payment Method - establishes the payment option required for the booking
There will be three types of payment method to choose from:
Company Card - The company's credit card
Personal Card - Any of the employee's personal cards
(Note that a user can save multiple cards on their account - Corporate Card, Credit Card, and Debit Card.)
Any - No payment method set. The traveler will have visibility on both the company card and his/her personal cards.
